Accurately collects demographic and insurance information from physician office and patients for scheduling procedures. Inputting diagnosis as instructed by physician order and scheduling exams efficiently and in the appropriate department. Reconciles patient data between physician practices and hospital records to ensure accuracy is maintained for patient care and reimbursement.


· High School diploma.

· Related experience in a medical office environment.

· Basic Medical terminology.

· Basic Insurance knowledge.

· Computer skills a plus.

· Strong customer service skills required.

· Ability to adapt and prioritize work flow in a fast paced environment.
